Rare Earth Tendonwraps

Rare earth magnets pack the most wallop for their size and these shin and tendonwraps contain six of them. Recommended for the treatment of bucked shins, bowed tendons, tendonitis, splints and suspensory and check ligament problems. These are the same wraps I used on my horses. With a 1000 denier nylon cover and poly-fleece lining, with a foam interior sandwiched between, they’re both comfortable and durable. Although recent scientific data appears to support claims for some medical benefits derived from magnetic therapy, it hasn’t yet moved into mainstream medical acceptance. However, anecdotal evidence abounds, including my own experience. I’ve had two horses sidelined with suspensory problems and both were given little if any hope for riding soundness, given the extent of the injuries. Since wrapping the injured leg was recommended in both cases and, while I held out little hope for any significant benefit, I figured using a magnetic wrap wouldn’t do any harm. In both instances the horses astounded their veterinarians with their recoveries and both remain sound today. Would they have recovered without the magnetic wrap? No one can say. But I do know that I would use magnetic therapy again in a similar situation – just in case! CM
