Cowboy Halters look good and work great
I was raised on a cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon
and knew many cowboys who were top hands with horses. They worked day in and day
out with horses - good ones and bad ones - and knew how to handle them. I’m
glad to see these horsemen getting the respect they deserve as the equipment
they’ve designed and used comes into everyday use in English as well as
Western barns. These tools have been engineered with a deep understanding of the
horse and how he works and they’re designed to get the job done with a minimum
of fuss. This rendition of
the Cowboy Halter is the nicest I've found so
far. Made of soft and strong yacht rope, it lacks the stiffness of most other
cowboy halters, making the knots easier to adjust for a custom fit. The noseband
is wrapped in a unique way that lends weight and effectiveness as a control
tool, yet is gentle and mild when control is not an issue. Stocked in sizes to
fit most all horses, you can purchase it with or without matching 12 foot lead.
With no hardware to break, this halter will last for years. And you'll find
your Hanoverian or Thoroughbred
looks pretty spiffy in it
too, even if he doesn’t know which end of a cow to chase!

Royal Blue (shown), Hunter Green, or Black.
