Leg-Up Mounting Blocks
Chiropractors and Massage Therapists will both tell you
that mounting the horse from the ground is one of the worst things you can
do for his back, regardless of your riding discipline.. But did you know
that it’s also the leading cause of twisted trees in English saddles?
Molded of UV stabilized polyethylene, the Leg-Up Mounting Blocks are
rugged and stable. Each model is available in Black, Hunter Green,
Burgundy, Navy, Royal Blue or Red.
Warmblood owners will especially appreciate this model. It’s
22" tall with three steps featuring molded slip-resistant treads. The
Three Step Leg-Up features a roomy storage compartment under the hinged
top tread. At shows it’s the perfect place to stash a brush and rub rag
and maybe a little boot polish for last minute clean up. At home I like to
keep a bag of horse treats in it and a hoof pick. It’s also a good place
to stash a sweater or other apparel shed as you warm up. The compartment
can be locked with a simple padlock for added security.
