Oh the joy of horse shows! Maybe you’re Ms. Cool, Calm & Organized on show days, but by the time I feed the horses, the cats, the dogs, the squirrels, the barn skunk, hitch the trailer, then grab my tack (still in need of cleaning, no doubt), show clothes (could use ironing, but I’ll wear the coat in the truck & hopefully body heat will get out the most obvious wrinkles) and grooming kit, I’m at least an hour behind schedule. I need things to run as smoothly as possible when (if) I finally make it to the show grounds. One thing that’s always a pain is what to do with my saddle besides either leave it in the trailer (which will be parked in the next county because I arrived so late) or dump it on the ground in front of my stall for every other harried competitor to trip over. Our Portable Folding Saddle Rack is a Godsend for the organizationally challenged such as myself and it’s pretty darned handy for the rest of you too! It snaps closed for easy storage - I leave mine in the horse trailer (I’ve found that the more things I leave in the trailer, the more complete my turnout when I reach the show grounds - it is advisable to remove perishables, however). It folds open to hang over any handy fence, stall front or door, or other horizontally installed object, and keeps your saddle and bridle both handy and out of the way. Its steel construction and baked-on powder coat finish means it will stand up handsomely to years of my neglect.
