Grand Flex
- Dietary formulation containing 3,900mg/oz of 99% pure
Glucosamine blended with a unique combination of essential nutrients to
ensure that none of the building blocks necessary for connective tissue
repair and maintenance are deficient in the horse. Glucosamine is the key
precursor and regulator of connective tissue synthesis and inhibits
degradative enzymes commonly found in articular inflammation. Glucosamine is
readily absorbed and distributed throughout the body. My 27-year old
breeding stallion has been on Grand Flex for nearly 3 years. Before starting
him on Grand Flex we routinely injected him spring and fall - at the
beginning of the breeding season and again at the end. He’s done so well
on Grand Flex that we no longer inject his hocks at all. I now include Grand
Flex in the ration of all my horses in work and all older horses on the
farm. Feed initially at the rate of 3 oz. daily for 3-4 weeks then reduce to
maintenance dose of 1 oz. daily. Product
